Why is this guy coming back?

okay so a few years ago 2-3, i was seeing this guy i had known for years. i went out to visit him where he was working at the time. i also had a girlfriend there so i metup with her as well. and somehow they got introduced to eachother. they ended up hooking up in front of me and dating for like a year and a half . i was sooo mad and so hurt , i never spoke to her again, and just recently carlos has been trying to talk to me(the guy). my girlfriend* ex friend* has a baby now with a nother guy and about to be married, and this guy has a girlfriend as well. hes been emailng me a lot lately. seeing how im ';doing'; trying to be friendly, saying he wants to move back here at some point. yet he has pictures of him and his gf kissing on facebook. i think hes regretting what he did to me i told him id never forgive him. do u think he just wants to be clean of what he did, or do u think that hes getting bored of his new girlfriend?Why is this guy coming back?
its possible that hes getting bored of his new girlfriend, but if shes new then probably not. he seems like a jerk honestly. but he seems like hes just trying to be clean and trying to make himself feel better for what he did to you years ago. accepting his apology maybe hard, but doesnt he deserve another chance.? he messed up the second, no you shouldnt give him another chance to mess up, but if you dont give him another chance and forgive him, you may really regret it. was he right to do what he did.? absolutely not. but theres nothing you or him or anyone else can do about the past besides try to make the future and present the best it can be. maybe give him one last chance and forgive him. im saying one last chance as in friends, maybe more if you get there, but for right now, maybe forgiving him and moving on as friends with him maybe a good thing. he hurt you and he shouldnt be let back into your life that easily. but you cant hold a grudge for a mistake. because were not perfect. i say you should give him one last chance to prove that he can do better. but thats up too you not me.Why is this guy coming back?
1 he feels guilty

#2 he's a player (jumps from girl to girl)

#3 stay far away from him no matter how you feel

#4 if he comes around, tell him to get lost or you will call the cops

#5 get a new boyfriend

He's merely checking to see if he can get some bootay
the reason he is coming back to you is because he knows you'll never leave him and you'll always just be there when all of his other plans fail.
