Guys, How do I get this guy back?

First of all, we met at a party.. but it we weren’t really drinking (a couple of beers) and we just watched a movie together which later led to other things…He has always been a girlfriend guy and although he enjoys partying with close friends, he is not like a frat guy that parties with strangers and his goal is to not to pick up girls.

After the first night we started seeing each other on a regular basis and it was basically FWB (I think at one point he really liked me more though—wanted to take me on a date, but that soon diminished). A few weekends later we had sex for the first time—I was a virgin, he wasn’t. He avoided me afterwards with only a few casual texts of “what’s up”

When I asked him to hang out later that week he texted even less and when I asked what was wrong, he answered vaguely and then didn’t text at all. I finally asked ';do you always take girls' virginities and just drop them?'; and he responded';Here's the truth. I dunno why what happened did but I didn't really think we would end up actually having sex. Guess I can't control that part of my life, but I have been busy lately, and school isn't getting any easier. I have only taken the virginity of 2 girls.';

I responded and he said ';You're fine. I was embarrassed and that didn't help. let break happen (our sb starts tomorrow) and then after we can try to hang out. If you want to, but let's not get serious again, I'm not trying to play games.';



Personally, I'm 90% positive that he was only interested in having fun with just me but when we had sex he regretted it because he thought that sex=something serious.. even though to me it wasn't. He also didn't last long and was embarrassed.. which certainly didn't help the situation.



what further confuses me is that when I first asked to hang out (^before this) he said ';I'm busy, but we'll hang out, I promise. and I responded ';Ok, I'll leave you alone now'; and said back ';talk if you want to talk silly. If there's something wrong, you gotta tell me'; and I did tell him that I thought he was avoiding me and then he responded and then he just stopped texting me.Guys, How do I get this guy back?
Let me put it simply: find another guy. Stop worrying about this one, all he's going to do is cause drama. Sigh.
