I am a reserved guy/gay with straight acting mannerism. This guy I know tried very hard to know me and give me signals that he is gay ( eye contacts and body language). He persisted to know me and tell me signs that we are the same, blah blah blah and in the end shows up with his girlfriend. My point is, how do I find love as a reserved/gay man? Why would someone tried so hard to impress end up like he was tricking me to test my preferences? I feel so alone in life and I am not someone who could just go to a gay club and get drunk and be myself. You are not alone there are many young gay men out there wishing they could meet someone. We belong to a gay group where we live and there are many men who have been married for much of their life before coming out - It is down to the fear of being thought different. The guy you had the ';come-on'; from may be a closeted gay afraid to be himself and hiding behind the girl he is with so as not to be found out.
