I'm having boy trouble. . . can anyone help?

Well I'm not but my friend kinda is . . .

She is 13 and could pass for 17, she is very pretty.

last wednesday we met this guy - a very casual meeting at youth group ( why he was there I dint know) ( he is 19) we were talking about addictions that night and he came up to me and asked if I had my bible, I handed it to him and he looked up a few verses and showed them to me saying that they had helped him through his times of addiction which he openly told me was sex.( this was the first time I had ever talked to him)

after youth group he and my friend ended up outside talking, he showed her the verses and then gave her the same speech he gave me. well we had a youth cookout thing at a park on sunday after church and he was there - he was openly flirting with both of us and has a history of flirting with anyone and everyone ( girls that is) well . . . within 15 minutes he told us that he had committed several crimes and felonies but managed to wiggle out of them because he knew the cops who showed up on scene or he knew the judge, things ranging from child pornography to shoplifting to breaking and entering to - he told us about some guy he knew had purposely broken a window at his place so he got the guys girlfriend to give him a key to this guys apartment and he went to the guys apartment where he found a bat and h sat and watched tv till the guy came home, when he did the guys like ';what the crap'; '; how did you get in here'; and ';what do you want?'; so he stood up and told him that he was there to 'return the favor' and smashed a window in the guys apartment ( the damage came to $3000 he told me why it was so much but I cant remember) and he managed to wiggle himself out of a charge on that too, then he and my, 13 year old friend, walked off ( all this happened in less then 15 minutes) and they were gone for about 1/2 an hour before I started to get worried. so one of the youth leaders and I set out to find them - everything was ok, it took us a while to find them but it looked like they were just talking. so we walked around the track that goes around the soccer field ( my friend and da dude were walking on it too) and as far as we could tell they wernt so much as holding hands - but when we got ready to leave ( she and I were riding together) she said something about ';so I'll see you on wednesday?'; in a hopefull kind of way. He said yes. then for the rest of the day they were textin back and forth. I had told my grandparents about him when I met him on wednesday and when I told them his name they almost yelled at me to ';stay away from him'; because ';he is VERY bad news';

and I am very worried about her - he seams to like her and I think she kinda likes him back - I want to tell him that if he put a hand on her that I will make sure he regrets the day he first saw her - and I know that our friends would back me up, but I'm not sure who I'm dealing with or even if things would even go that far with them - for all I know they were just talking about what youth group was about - idk - but I'm still worried all that to say '; what do I do';?I'm having boy trouble. . . can anyone help?
Sweetie, you need to speak to your grandparents and have them contact your friend's parents immediately to let them know what is going on. This guy is bad news and your friend could be in very grave danger. He sounds to me like he is preying on young girls such as you and your friend. Please, please...tell your grandparents to intervene on your behalf and contact her parents. It could be the most important thing you have ever done.
